Head of Sales – Asaan Ghar Finance
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and help expand Asaan Ghar Finance’s home financing business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales leadership, team management, business development and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and improve the overall sales process.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Set sales targets and track team performance.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to improve conversions and customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share performance insights with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in financial services, banking, housing finance or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and work towards targets.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and business development.
