Haris Siddiqui

Mr. Haris Siddiqui holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and a Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies from the University of Karachi. He has also completed professional training in Islamic Banking and Finance from NIBAF. Mr. Haris joined Asaan Ghar Finance Limited (AGF) in 2022 as a Senior Compliance Officer and, after demonstrating strong professional performance and expertise, was elevated to the position of Manager Compliance. During his association with AGF, he has been involved in several significant regulatory, compliance, and governance initiatives. He has played an important role in strengthening the Company’s operational controls, regulatory compliance framework, and Shariah governance practices. His key contributions include supporting the implementation of the Company’s Shariah Governance Framework and facilitating the Company’s Shariah compliance certification from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
