"Kiraayedar Se Maalik-e-Makaan"
Qarz-e-Hasna Program

Transforming Renters into Homeowners in Pakistan

Every family deserves the dignity, security, and opportunity that come with owning a home. Through our “Kiraayedar Se Maalik-e-Makaan” (Tenant to Homeowner) Qarz-e-Hasna Program, you can help turn the dream of homeownership into a reality for low-income families across Pakistan.

The Problem: Locked Out of Homeownership

Every month, families across Pakistan spend their hard-earned income on rent. This endless cycle drains their limited resources.

“Every month I pay rent… and every month, I start from zero again.”
– Shumaila, Program Beneficiary & Mother of Three

Homeownership enables families to build wealth, gain stability, and improve their overall quality of life. With your support, we’re helping low-income families move from renting to owning—bringing dignity and security into their lives. Let’s break the cycle of renting and help them move toward lasting stability and ownership.
