Key Responsibilities
• Handling inbound customer inquiries and effectively converting them into sales.
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close deals.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in commercial or corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
