Role Summary
The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting Asaan Ghar’s Islamic home financing products and services over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable financing solutions offered by Asaan Ghar.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls
- Contact potential leads via phone, introduce them to Asaan Ghar’s financing products, and assess their initial requirements.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or referrals.
Lead Qualification
- Identify and qualify prospective customers based on their financing needs, income, and other eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of qualified and disqualified leads.
Product Knowledge
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Asaan Ghar’s Islamic home financing solutions, eligibility requirements, and unique selling points.
- Explain financing features, benefits, and any available promotions in a clear and concise manner.
Customer Engagement
- Listen actively to customer queries, concerns, or objections and address them effectively.
- Build rapport and trust with potential customers by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Documentation & Coordination
- Capture and update lead information in the CRM system accurately.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Targets & Reporting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports and performance metrics to the Telesales Supervisor or relevant manager.
Compliance & Ethics
- Adhere to company policies, Shariah principles, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality when handling customer data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles (experience in financial products is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Urdu and English, with strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
