Help Us Make Homeownership Possible For Working Poor Families In Pakistan.
Introducing SIMA Impact Foundation And Asaan Ghar Finance’s Joint Initiative
Tenant to Homeowner Program
(Kiraayedar se Maalik-e-Makaan)
This program is designed to support families who have spent years living in rented homes by creating a clear pathway for them to finally own a home of their own. Through non-profit home financing with zero interest, zero fees, and no additional costs, the initiative makes homeownership accessible to hardworking low-income families.
As a first-of-its-kind, large-scale private-sector effort, the program focuses on urban communities in Pakistan, starting with Karachi and Hyderabad. Its aim is to break the cycle of lifelong renting and make first-time homeownership a reality.
By helping families transition from tenants to homeowners, the program enables them to build assets, gain financial stability, and secure dignity and long-term security for their families.
Your support can help more families turn the dream of owning a home into reality.
